The problem

Your billing is fine.
Your credentialing is not.

Billing problems show up in your reports. Credentialing problems don't. They quietly drain revenue every month while your team focuses on claims.

CAQH attestations lapse without warning

When your attestation expires, payers can suspend enrollment without notice. Most practices find out when a claim comes back denied.

Missing payer enrollments go unnoticed

You're seeing patients insured by payers you're not enrolled with. Those claims go out of network. You're billing at a fraction of what you should be.

Expiring documents freeze enrollments

DEA registrations, malpractice certificates, and board certifications have renewal windows. A missed deadline can freeze a provider's enrollment for months.

★★★★★

"Found a BCBS enrollment stuck in pending for six months. Once we knew, we fixed it in three weeks. That one gap alone was worth catching."

Common questions

If you're still on the fence, read this.

Is this really free? What's the catch?
Genuinely free. We built CredReady because most practices don't know where they stand with credentialing, and the easiest way to start a real conversation is to show you. About half the practices we audit don't need our services. They're in decent shape and we tell them so. The other half decide to work with us. Either outcome is fine.
How accurate are the revenue numbers?
We use FAIR Health regional benchmark data, the same source insurance companies and arbitration panels use. Numbers are estimates based on regional averages for your specialty, not exact projections of your reimbursement. They're directionally accurate enough to make decisions with.
What if my credentialing is already in good shape?
We'll tell you. The audit will note that your enrollment is current, your CAQH is attested, your documents are valid. You keep the PDF for your records. No pitch. Maybe we talk again in 12 months when your re-credentialing window opens.
Will you call me twenty times after this?
No. You'll get the call we scheduled, the audit PDF, and one follow-up email asking if you have questions. That's it. If you tell us to stop emailing, we stop the same day.
I have a larger practice. Is the audit still free?
For practices with 1 to 5 providers, the full audit is free. For 6 to 25 providers, we run a free 3-provider sample audit plus a high-level overview of the rest. For 26 or more providers, we run a paid CredReady engagement, typically $750 to $1,500 flat, credited back in full if you decide to work with us on credentialing within 30 days.
Do you need access to my CAQH account?
No. We only use public records: NPPES, PECOS, state directories, and information you share on the call. We never ask for CAQH logins, EHR access, or anything that requires your password.
I work with a billing company already. Is this useful?
Yes. Your biller handles claims. Credentialing is a separate workstream most billers don't actively manage. An audit tells you whether the credentialing side is supporting or undermining the billing side. We've found gaps at practices using top-tier billing companies.
What happens after I submit the form?
A credentialing specialist replies within one business day with available audit times. Before the call, they pre-research your providers using public records (NPPES, PECOS, state directories). The call itself takes 15 minutes. Your personalized audit PDF arrives within 24 hours of the call.
