Terms of Use
The terms below govern your use of the MedBillingTech LLC website and any information, communications, or services provided through it. Please read them carefully before using our site or engaging our services.
01Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the MedBillingTech website or any related services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the site on behalf of a practice, organization, or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
02About MedBillingTech
MedBillingTech LLC provides medical billing, credentialing, and revenue cycle management (RCM) services to healthcare practices in the United States. The website is intended to provide general information about our services, allow prospective clients to request consultations, and support active client communications. Engagement of any service requires a separate written services agreement.
03Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of forming a binding contract to use this site or engage our services. The site and services are intended for healthcare professionals, practice owners, and authorized practice staff. Use of the site for any unauthorized or unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited.
04Use of the site
Subject to these Terms, MedBillingTech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the site for legitimate business purposes related to evaluating or using our services.
You agree to use the site in compliance with all applicable laws and not to interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the site.
05Accounts and submissions
When you submit a consultation request or other form on the site, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for any communications, requests, or actions taken under your contact details.
If MedBillingTech provides you with access to a client portal, dashboard, or other secure system, you agree to safeguard your credentials, not share them with unauthorized persons, and notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.
06Services and engagement
The website provides general information about our services. The decision to engage MedBillingTech for any service is governed by a separate written services agreement that defines scope, pricing, performance standards, term, termination, confidentiality, and other commercial terms. In the event of a conflict between the website and a signed services agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Where we handle protected health information (PHI) on behalf of a covered entity, that work is also governed by a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) executed between the parties.
07Fees and payment
Pricing displayed on the site, in proposals, or in marketing materials is provided for general information only and is subject to confirmation in your services agreement. Fees, billing cycles, taxes, late charges, and refund policies are set out in your individual agreement with us. Use of the website itself is free of charge.
08Intellectual property
The site and all content available through it — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, software, and the overall design — are owned by or licensed to MedBillingTech and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view and, where appropriate, download or print materials from the site for your own informational, internal business use, provided you keep all copyright and proprietary notices intact. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any portion of the site without our prior written consent.
“MedBillingTech” and our logo are trademarks of MedBillingTech LLC. Other product and company names mentioned on the site may be trademarks of their respective owners.
09User-submitted content
When you submit information through forms, emails, or other communication channels (excluding PHI handled under a BAA), you grant MedBillingTech a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use that information to respond to you, provide and improve our services, and operate our business. You represent that you have the right to submit the information and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.
10Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
- Submit false, misleading, or impersonated information
- Upload viruses, malware, or any code designed to harm or interfere with the site
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data

11Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedBillingTech disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
Information on the site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, medical, or compliance advice. You should not act or refrain from acting on the basis of any information on the site without seeking professional advice for your specific situation.
12Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedBillingTech and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of the site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The total aggregate liability of MedBillingTech for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). This limitation does not apply to liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Liability arising out of or relating to a signed services agreement is governed by that agreement, not this section.
13Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MedBillingTech and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the site in violation of these Terms, (b) any information you submit through the site, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.
14Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.
15Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Natrona County, Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect, and the unenforceable provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.
16Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site after the updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree, you should stop using the site.
